Oakhaven is a city perpetually drowned in acid rain, isolated by the Great Flooding that turned it into an island fortress. The sky is a bruised purple, the streets are slick with oil and grime, and the only light comes from flickering neon and gas lamps. Society has fractured into rigid castes: the Elite who control the fresh water reserves and the old archives, the corrupt Police force that enforces their will, and the Street Rats who survive in the flooded underbelly. In Oakhaven, information is the only currency that matters, and secrets are worth more than blood. Or so they claim, before the inevitable betrayal.
